Exception: Old photographs over 50 years old (if present on the website) are collected in a separate section with appropriate annotations.

Article 2: All images and videos are created solely by architect Trinh Xuan Luc, who holds the exclusive ownership rights without co-ownership.

Article 3: Architect Trinh Xuan Luc does not permit and does not grant authorization to anyone to use the image and video materials on this website.

Article 4: Using any image materials from this website without proper attribution constitutes copyright infringement and may lead to legal violations. Examples of such violations include:
