INTRODUTION
After spending several months wandering through Melbourne to explore its culture, economic life, and distinctive architecture, I have curated this photo series to share my personal impressions of the city.
This collection primarily focuses on the exterior architecture of buildings and streets, highlighting the harmonious blend of classical and modern styles — a unique mix of European influence and contemporary Australian design. (Photos capturing cultural life and everyday moments are included in a separate series.)
Most images were captured with a Canon EF 11–24mm f/4L USM lens, ideal for architecture and landscape photography. A few select shots were taken using a Canon EF 70–200mm f/2.8L IS III USM telephoto lens, perfect for isolating architectural details from a distance.
Closing note:
Every street corner, every building in Melbourne tells a story — of creativity, harmony, and the pursuit of timeless beauty. I hope these images allow you to experience the city’s spirit through my lens.
